I've used Wireshark to look at network activity and I can see that my desktop and the Citrix server are communicating, even though the screen is frozen for me and I see no inputs taking effect. My personal desktop PC runs Win10 Pro and whenever I log into my client's instance of Citrix, it loads the screen, I get to click a couple of times and move about the desktop or whichever window is showing, and then it freezes. I have an ongoing problem that's driving me up the wall and wonder if anyone has a "magic fix" that might be something simple I've overlooked.
